IMPORTANT – HOW TO ORDER

Please read carefully before ordering.

– Unlike our other family hand prints, the hands in this print can all be changed independently, so sizes and skin tones can all be changed. Also suitable for same-sex couples and single parent families.
You can choose from 3 different style layouts, and also add dog and cat paws – all options shown in picture.

– This is for a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD printable print, you will not receive an actual print in the mail.

– All prints are custom designed to order, and are therefore not available to download immediately after purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the print file.

– Print files are emailed to the address you give when ordering. Please double check this has been input correctly, or you will not receive the print files.

– Once the digital file has been completed and emailed it can still be changed. On receipt please check if the design and spellings are all correct. If you need any changes making, just reply to the email and the changes will be actioned within 2 business days.

– When ordering please give all relevant information requested, and double check name spellings.
Please give ages for children, for the sake of getting hand sizes correct.
If skin tones 2 or 3 are required, please state when giving names.

– You can have a family name, “Our family,” or any other title of your choice.

– Choose from the following file sizes:

– You are free to print multiple copies for friends and family members, but the print and/or digital file must not be sold, shared, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose.

– Watermark won’t be printed on final image.

– Please note that the image colours displayed on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colours of the print.

– Where the prints are shown in a frame, this is for illustrative purposes only, the prints will not have a frame or border.

– File sizes are large and may take a while to download, depending on your internet connection speed.
