Shipping & Customs

For printable only orders there are no shipping costs.

For printed and shipped items you can see the shipping costs by adding a product(s) to your basket and entering your address.
The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination. Items are fulfilled and sent by a professional company from locations in the USA, UK, Canada, Latvia, Spain and Australia.
Orders are shipped from the nearest facility to your location (e.g. orders to mainland Europe will ship from Latvia or Spain; orders to the UK will ship from the UK). If your order is shipped from a facility that’s in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc, and are entirely your responsibility. Due to new EU legislation, customers in the EU may be charged VAT on delivery, unfortunately this is outwith my control.

For slightly imperfect prints, orders are shipped directly from Printable Wall Art HQ in the UK. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you pay.
For UK orders Royal Mail 2nd class will be used. For orders outside of the UK Royal Mail International Standard service will be used.


Printable only orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

For printed and shipped items any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us before attempting to return any item.

As all items are custom made to customer’s specifications they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Slightly imperfect prints cannot be returned, and by purchasing these prints you acknowledge that they may have slight imperfections.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;

therefore Printable Wall Art reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
