What’s the difference between printables and printed & shipped prints?
If you choose the printable option you will NOT receive a physical print in the mail. Printables are simply instant download files that you would download, and either print yourself at home, or via a local or online service.
Printed & shipped prints are exactly what they say. The order is sent to a professional printing company, who will then print your print(s) and ship them out to you.
How do I download the printable package?
When you’ve completed the purchase you will receive an email (check your junk folder if you don’t see it) that contains links to download the files. You can also find the links in your account, if you created one when you went through checkout. For further details on how to download the files, see our how to print page.
How do I print the downloaded files?

How much is shipping?
Printables don’t incur any shipping costs as they don’t get shipped, just downloaded. For printed & shipped prints, the shipping cost varies depending on what country you’re in, and how many prints you’re ordering. So, if you want to see how much shipping is, add the print(s) to your shopping cart and it will show the shipping total.
Do you sell frames?
Unfortunately, at present we don’t offer frames. But frames are readily available from high street stores, supermarkets, and online stores.
Some products are only available as printables, with no printed & shipped option, why is this?
As we’re primarily a printables website, we start off by adding all new prints as printable files. We then go a lengthy process for each product to add the printed & shipped option. So, eventually, all products will be available with printed & shipped as an option, but this will take some time.
I’ve purchased a digital download print, can I use it for commercial purposes?
Sorry, but all of our prints are strictly personal use only. Designs must not be resold, shared, or used for any kind of commercial purpose. If you are interested in using any of our designs for commercial purposes, please get in touch.
